Responsible Action

and a new online booking Waitlist option!

As Saturn enters Aries for the first time since the late 90’s, we are all asked to move into our desires with measured, structured, and dedicated action. When I think back to this time when I was in my late teens into early twenties, I remember the sense of agency I craved and grappled with. This transit, then and now, speaks to me loudly, as Saturn is my Ascendent ruling planet and my moon is in Aries. I am feeling particularly called to my 4th house of home and foundations during this time, and what that truly means to me. This is time to ask yourself….

What are the values you are dedicated to and how will you take action to achieve your goals?

We will be here until 2028. Buckle up, but prepare for a slow ride.

The Waitlist: A New Online Booking Tool

Have you recently browsed my schedule and not been able to find a time that aligns? Hop on the new Waitlist option tool in my online scheduling system. I will be in touch as soon as something perfect opens up for you!

Have you been experiencing extremely tight neck or shoulder muscles? When muscles are in a deep state of spasm, sometimes massage itself won’t cut it. Though this of course could affect any muscle or group of muscles, I have seen a lot of tight shoulders and necks in particular as of late. A solution that works for me personally has been acupuncture with Seth at Lawrence Acupuncture. His style is assertive, which is my preference. (He works on Saturday’s!)

Acupuncture can assist in your recovery in many ways:

  1. Pain Relief: Acupuncture stimulates the release of endorphins and other neurotransmitters, which can help reduce pain and discomfort associated with muscle spasms.

  2. Increased Blood Flow: The insertion of needles can improve circulation in the affected area, promoting healing and relaxation of the muscles.

  3. Nervous System Regulation: Acupuncture may help modulate the nervous system's response, reducing the tension in muscles and promoting relaxation.

  4. Trigger Point Therapy: Acupuncture can target specific trigger points in the muscles, helping to relieve tightness and spasms.

  5. Reduction of Inflammation: Acupuncture may help reduce inflammation, which can contribute to muscle spasms.

I have been very slow to get back into crafting, but now that my slow infused oils are ready for formulation, I have new skincare serums, salves and other beehive products coming up soon. While I primarily only have these items available at my studio and the Farmers Market (Thursday @ Cottins and Saturday @ Lawrence Farmers Market), I can arrange a pick up anytime. And the honey is in free flow!

Lastly, I just want to state that while there is a tremendous amount of bad news coming into our vision and through our ears on the daily, there are also a slew of people taking tremendous action and ways they are mobilizing that are occurring right now. In case you needed any inspiration or hope, it’s there. It’s happening.
